Rooms have been reserved at both hotels. The negotiated room rate is $250 (inclusive of resort fee) + 12.5% tax for single and double occupancy\, and the cut-off date for reservations is either October 10 or October 16\, 2024 or until the block is sold out.   \nPlease make your reservations and stay at the meeting hotel. Staying at the meeting hotel is critical to defray meeting room rental costs. Attendees can make a reservation online; however\, if anyone requires live assistance with a reservation completed online\, they will need to wait until December. Deposits will not be charged until after December 1.  \nIf registered 3GPP delegates are required to book through corporate travel vendors rather than using the official registration link\, room nights will count towards the room block\, but the negotiated room rate may not be available.   \n3GPP Meeting Registration : \nIn addition to making your hotel reservation\, delegates must register to attend the meeting on the 3GPP online portal at https://portal.3gpp.org. For security purposes\, 3GPP name badges MUST be worn at all times to be allowed into the meeting rooms. Signed letters will be returned via email. The invitation letter cannot be completed without including your hotel information and confirmation number.
